Heavenly Terrain Parks Mini-Site

The terrain parks manager at Heavenly wanted to have an area of the website solely dedicated to the terrain parks and park safety. After a couple meetings, we had collectively agreed on what the expectations would be for a Terrain Parks mini-site.

There had been some limited art direction from the parks manager on how he wanted each page to be displayed. Each park and page was to have it’s own “themed” look and feel, while still maintaining consistency and branding.

I decided to go with a montage style — each themed page would have elements of actual photos pasted about, to look like a scene.

I designed the entire mini-site from scratch, including a custom Brightcove video player template and importing RSS blog and Flickr feeds.
